MetroTek Electrical Services Co. has just completed two weeks of intensive training with Satcon inverters
MetroTek Electrical Services Co. has just completed two weeks of intensive training with Satcon inverters. MetroTek employees Rick Huxel and Eric Phillips traveled to Burlington, Canada to receive Levels 1 and 2 Technician training in the areas of Preventative Maintenance, Start-Ups and Troubleshooting of Satcon inverters. The training will allow MetroTek to offer an even higher level of expertise in Commissioning, Preventative Maintenance and Service calls for Satcon inverters in the tri-state area.
According to Rick Huxel, MetroTek's Applications Engineer, "The training offered a good mix of hands-on and classroom training and Satcon is very effective at explaining their inverters and software in a way that will allow us to deliver a Satcon certified level of service to our customers." With training complete, MetroTek is in the process of adding additional equipment to service vehicles in order to begin providing state-of-the-art service on Satcon inverters.
