  • Eric Abeshaus

    Eric Abeshaus

    President

    Mr. Abeshaus joined MetroTek Electrical Services Company in 2008 using his proceeds and experience from the sale of Circle System (CSGI) to help recapitalize and expand MetroTek. Mr. Abeshaus had known Mr. Jaeckle since 2005, where he served as the primary contractor in charge of implementing customized automation upgrades in the CSGI production facility. Prior to joining MetroTek, Mr. Abeshaus was a partner in Wild Orchid Technologies, dba Ted Gibson Beauty, as President, where he helped to turnaround the company and improve overall operations. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer for CSGI, a division of Schutt Sports, Inc. With more than 15 years experience as an executive in the manufacturing and distribution industry, Mr. Abeshaus helped to develop and reposition CSGI for recapitalization and an eventual sale of the business to Schutt Sports, Inc. He was also intimately involved in the strategic negotiations and deal structure, which included LOI reviews, due-diligence documents, contract negotiations, and financing.

  • Reiner Jaeckle

    Reiner Jaeckle

    Chief Operations Officer

    Mr. Jaeckle, a 32 year veteran of the industrial/utility electrical industry, began his career in 1971 as an intern at Siemans AG. Early on in his career, he was exposed to large industrial projects involving both large scale power and automation projects. Mr. Jaeckle brings a well-rounded work history and wealth of experience to MetroTek that includes business development, operations, estimating and project management. Additional work experience includes management positions with Gilbane Constructors and Foster Wheeler, as well as over 30 years of energy generation maintenance experience. Mr. Jaeckle currently holds electrical licenses in multiple states as well as other industry certifications including BISCI, ISA, NETA, NATE, and is Solar IREC certified. Mr. Jaeckle is fluent in German and received a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Freiburg, Germany.

  • Dr. Rex A. D'Agostino

    Dr. Rex A. D'Agostino

    Sr. Vice President–Business Development

    Dr. D’Agostino has over 30 years experience in high technology entrepreneurial business development, marketing, sales, and strategic planning. Prior to joining MetroTek, Dr. D’Agostino’s previous assignments included President of The Graver Companies (Union, NJ), Vice President, world wide Marketing & Sales for Evergreen Solar (Marlboro, MA) and more recently, President and Executive Director of the Sustainable Energy Fund a 501(c)3 organization based in Allentown, PA. Dr. D’Agostino received his Ph.D. in Microbiology and Biophysics from the University of Notre Dame.

  • Michael Ressler

    Michael Ressler

    Renewable Energy Project Manager

    Mr. Ressler is a recent graduate of the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry with a bachelors of science in environmental science. Shortly after graduation he left the central New York region to accept an internship position with MetroTek. After a few months he moved in the project management department and assumed responsibility of the green energy department, specifically material procurement, grant writing, utility interconnect procedures, and scheduling.

  • Blake Kleintop

    Blake Kleintop

    Chief Technology Officer

    Mr Kleintop brings nearly 10 years of experience in finance, operations, and technology to MetroTek, where he is responsible for in-house technological research and development. Prior to joining MetroTek, Blake founded a technology start-up, where he developed technical infrastructure and a global supply chain to support the firm’s rapid growth. He has been recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year by Lehigh University and by the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation. Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Business and Engineering Honors from Lehigh University.

  • Andrew AuYong

    Andrew AuYong

    Telecommunications Director

    Mr. AuYong has 28 years of experience in the electrical construction and telecommunications industry. His specialties and areas of expertise include data networks, security systems and cameras, fire alarms and life safety, fiber optics, and telephone systems. He is BISCI certified and a Hubble certified data / fiber installer, qualifying his installations for 10 year factory warranties. Mr. AuYong has been MetroTek's telecommunications supervisor since 1991.

  • Gary Chrvala

    Gary Chrvala

    Project Foreman

    Mr. Chravala has over 35 years in the electrical construction industry and has worked in the capacity as a General foreman overseeing and directing industrial/utility electrician projects. Mr. Chravala has managed projects with a labor force of over 70 electricians and currently holds OSHA and MSHA certifications as well as HAZMAT, First Aid, High Voltage Splicing /terminating/lead oil filled cable, and substation relay coordination. Other shills include welding, and structural fabrication. Mr. Chravala has been employee with MetroTek in this discipline since 1998.

  • Bryan Strohl

    Bryan Strohl

    Safety Director

    Mr. Strohl has over 40 years of experience in the electrical construction and utility industry, primarily with Bethlehem Steel. Mr. Strohl currently handles on site safety responsibilities and has been with MetroTek for over a year in this capacity.

  • Dan Smiley

    Dan Smiley

    Underground Utilities Director

    Mr. Smiley has over 25 years of experience in the electrical construction industry, including 20 years supervising underground and overhead utility / power systems for MetroTek. He oversees excavation activities, pole setting, substation construction, as well as direction boring.

  • James Wardlow

    James Wardlow

    Director of Project Management

    Mr. Wardlow has over 30 years of experience in the electrical construction industry and began his career at Lyons Electric as an apprentice. Since then, Mr. Wardlow has been with MetroTek for over 4 years. His responsibilities include general administration, discipline, crew composition, schedule interpretation and impacts, project logistics, material and equipment schedules, cross-functional team formation, and critical path method (CPM) networking techniques.

  • Rick Huxel

    Rick Huxel

    Applications Engineer

    Mr. Huxel graduated from Penn State in 1973 with a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering. In 1980, Mr. Huxel was employed at British Alcan, Chemicals Division as Head of Electrical and Controls Systems at the NJ Zirconium Facility. In 1982, he took the position as Head of Electrical Engineering for Luxfer Corporation, and was responsible for 29 facilities worldwide. In 2005 Mr. Huxel was employed as an Electrical Specialist, with Bearings & Drives, Inc, to help build their new Electrical Division. Mr. Huxel was invited to testify in support of House Bill 2405.

  • Jim Cook

    Jim Cook

    Senior Foreman PLC and Instrumentation Controls Director

    Mr. Cook has over 34 years of experience in the electrical construction industry. Mr. Cook's areas of expertise include Programmable Logic Controllers and instrumentation maintenance, repair, and installation. Mr. Cook is an experienced supervisor and installations foreman, with much of his experience in the industrial, water treatment, and pharmaceutical business areas. He is an ISA Level 1 control systems technician, the IBEW instructor for the apprentice training program, and has been with MetroTek since 2006.

  • Ryan Wardlow

    Ryan Wardlow

    Director of Pharmaceutical Instrumentation

    Mr. Wardlow has 14 years of experience in the electrical and pharmaceutical industries. He currently oversees the installation and calibration of pharmaceutical processes and lab instrumentation. Mr. Wardlow has been with MetroTek for 3 years in a project management and supervisory role.
